Booking conditions

1) Mirage Tours

your contract will be with Mirage Tours Egypt S.A.E which holds an Egyptian travel agency License (1402 since 2005) and is a Member of the Egyptian Travel agent association (ETAA) for your financial security.

2) To secure your booking

to secure a booking the company initially requires notice from you of your booking request. The booking will only be secured once both you and the company have confirmed the travel arrangements and the company are satisfied that the correct deposit/payment has been received into the company bank account by wire transfer or credit card (VISA –MasterCard)

3) Payment

The payment of required deposits or full payment of a reservation on an escorted or independent tour package constitutes consent to all provisions of the terms and general information contained here.

4) Deposit of payment

Reservations should be made as early as possible to book the desired holiday, Space will be secured upon receive a deposit of 25%. This deposit forms part of your final payment. Deposits can only be made by bank or u may send via westernunioin or by credit cards (Visa or Master card) and should be received within 7 days of booking.

5) Amendments

any amendment made to the original booking is subject to availability and if the full payment has been received and/or voucher has been issued, NO administrative fee will be applied

6) Payments

Balance of the payment should be received 07 days from the date of confirmation. If the reservation is made less than 07 days prior to departure, a full payment must be made at the time of booking (via credit cards)

7) Payment By Credit Card

In case you choose to pay by your credit card, as per our bank (Commercial International Bank ) regulations, the following documents are necessarily required to enable our accountant to charge your credit card for the service agreed:

• A copy of your passport.
• A copy of both side of your credit card with your own signature
• An authorization to Memphis Tours to withdraw the required amount from your credit card with original signature ( same one appear in your credit card and passport)

*These documents should be received by fax, e-mail, or given to our representative upon your arrival at the airport; otherwise we won't be able to proceed with your request.

8) Cancellation

Cancellation should be received in writing document by fax or email. If a tour participant cancel his/her reservation the following fees will be applies; If the cancellation is actually received in writing to Memphis tours Egypt S.A.E within 07 days of the confirmation dated is subject to 6% of the total amount received as a transaction fees of the bank

Additionally the following scale of charges will be applied:

Between 29 and 15 days 25%
Between 14 and 07 days 50%
Between 1 and 7 days 100%
No refunds are possible for No-Show

9) Responsibilities

the responsibility of the tour operator, Mirage Tours Egypt S.A.E is limited. Memphis Tours Egypt S.A.E, its affiliates, and agents act only as intermediaries and agents for suppliers in all functions pertaining to hotel reservations, services, sightseeing tours, travel and transportation of whatever nature, which is not directly, supplied Mirage Tours Egypt S.A.E All reservations, rates, schedules, accommodations and services are subject to change. All certificates and other travel documents for travel services issued by Mirage Tours Egypt S.A.E are subject to the terms and conditions specified by the supplier, and to the laws of the countries in which the services are supplied.

10) Claims and Complaints

If you have a complaint whilst in Egypt you must tell the relevant person at the company (Mirage Tours Egypt S.A.E) immediately, as most problems can be solved on the spot, if not you must call the Director of Operation of the company,

It is unlikely that you will have a complaint that cannot be settled amicably between us.
